Technical services for a coherent approach
Timelines are important. And one of the big reasons we can always deliver against them is our Technical services team. They’re instrumental in setting deployments up for success – with staging, pre-configuration of devices – and running and controlling our test lab facilities.
Then they actively support our field services engineers through deployment. And they’re there with remote support post-launch.
Our technical services team also owns inventory management – and oversees the safe disposal of redundant assets, in line with WEEE regulations. They’re responsible for removing sensitive data for our customers – and are fluent in GDPR and CCPA requirements.
When it comes to people counting sensors, they set clients up for success with network requirements. Throughout an ASH deployment, whenever there are boots on the ground, they are fully supported by our tech services team who are there remotely configuring, calibrating and validating sensors.
Our technical experts are also stakeholders in consultancy projects. They sign off tech recommendations – and they collaborate with the design team for in-flight changes to the DPD™ (device placement designs).
